1. Payment Processing
All purchases of Ignyq are processed securely by Stripe, our authorized payment processor. Ignyq Inc. is the seller of record and is responsible for fulfilling your subscription and processing refund requests.
Your payment card details are handled exclusively by Stripe and their banking infrastructure. Ignyq Inc. does not store, see, or process your credit card details directly.
2. 30-Day Guarantee
We offer a full refund within 30 days of purchase on all Ignyq license tiers — Free upgrades, Personal, Wealth, Elite, and Lifetime licenses.
To request a refund within the 30-day window:
- Email support@ignyq.co with the subject line "Refund Request"
- Include your order number (found in your purchase confirmation email)
- We will process your refund within 1–3 business days
You do not need to provide a reason. No questions asked.
3. After 30 Days
After the 30-day window, all sales are final. We do not offer:
- Partial refunds for unused subscription periods
- Refunds on annual or lifetime licenses after 30 days from the purchase date
- Credits or rollovers for downgraded tiers
Exceptions are evaluated on a case-by-case basis. If you believe you have an exceptional circumstance, email support@ignyq.co with your order details and a brief explanation.
4. Subscriptions
Monthly and annual subscriptions can be cancelled at any time by emailing support@ignyq.co or through the billing portal link in your original purchase confirmation email.
Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You retain full access to your paid tier until that date. Cancellation alone does not trigger a refund — the 30-day refund window applies independently of when you cancel.
5. License Revocation
Upon a successful refund, your license key will be deactivated and access to paid features will be revoked. The application will revert to Free tier functionality. You may continue using the Free tier with no restrictions.
6. Refund Abuse
We reserve the right to deny refunds where there is evidence of refund policy abuse (e.g., repeated purchase and refund cycles). Chargebacks initiated without first contacting support may result in license termination per our Terms of Service.
